Pai Mu Tan, also known as "White Peony", is a white tea containing new leaves and the center needle sprout. This is a popular white tea because of its fuller flavor and potency.  I admit that I rarely drink plain white tea.  I tend to add rose petals or other flavors to it.  However, this is a white tea that is lovely on its own.
